The trustees have introduced a new care fee structure that has abolished upfront room entry fees for the majority of our rooms.

There will be one weekly fee rate for residential care and one rate for nursing care.

There will be no compulsory initial payment for our standard rooms. However, there will be an option to make an initial payment in return for a reduced weekly fee, according to a fixed scale. We have introduced this flexibility as it will enable fee packages to be tailored to suit individual circumstances.

Only those residents who choose our premium suites will pay a one-off initial premium payment according to the room’s size, position and facilities. They will also have the option to increase the initial payment as described above.

Existing residents will not be affected by these changes and will continue on their current fee scale.
