An exceptional feature of Morris Feinmann Home is the life-enhancing programme of daily and weekly activities that we offer to our residents. Our activities team works hard to ensure that there is something for everyone to do every day, whatever their physical or mental ability. Within the Home, residents are encouraged to pursue personal hobbies and learn new skills.
In our pleasant communal areas and well-equipped art room, you will find groups of residents chatting to visitors and engaging in shared activity. Members of staff are on-hand to assist the less independent residents in enjoying the stimulating activities on a one-to-one basis.
We also appreciate that our residents enjoy a little pampering, so hairdressers visit the Home’s salon every week, with reflexology, hand massages and manicures also available.
Staff-led outings enable residents to visit shopping centres, garden centres and other places of interest, particularly in the spring and summer. Everyone is encouraged to attend events in the wider community and we can assist in arranging transport.
Our programme of activities is constantly changing and evolving.
